Returns & Exchanges
We love our products and know you will too. However, if you would like to start a return, contact our Customer Care team at hello@pursueleisure.com.
We are happy to accept unused items within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Some items are not eligible for a return, as noted on the product page. Please note that shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to first return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
